If technical drawings are provided by a customer, or if drawings need to be completed, Regency Machine will ensure the design will work as intended by the customer.

When first articles are completed, quality is measured against a thoroughly numbered technical drawing to ensure every measurement and call out are addressed.

Every part manufactured at Regency Machine is examined for quality.  Approximately 50% of all parts are thoroughly inspected, measured against specifications, and gauged before shipping.

Regency Machine makes every effort to limit the number of employees that touch parts during the manufacturing process.  Parts are packaged and shipped in accordance with customer requirements.

Outside of safety, the single most important task at Regency Machine is customer satisfaction.  We constantly follow up with our customers to ensure they are receiving quality parts, in a timely and cost effective way.  We continually look for ways to increase efficiencies and lower costs to our customers.
